Hubei TV news has proposed that &#8220;accepting one&#8217;s fate is acceptable, but lying flat is not&#8221;, indicating that the&nbsp;Chinese government&nbsp;believes that the spread of this ideology has a significant impact on the country&#8217;s development.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f-\u8eba\u5e73\u4e3b\u7fa9\">\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\uff1fWhat is &#8220;lying-flatism&#8221;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8eba\u5e73\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7684\u6168\u5ff5\u6700\u65e9\u6e90\u81ea\u4e00\u7bc7\u5728\u767e\u5ea6\u8cbc\u5427\u4e00\u7bc7\u540d\u70ba\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u5373\u662f\u6b63\u7fa9\u300d\u7684\u7db2\u7d61\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u70ba\u300c\u597d\u5fc3\u7684\u65c5\u884c\u5bb6\u300d\u3002\u4f46<strong>\u300c<span style=\"text-decoration:underline\">\u8eba\u5e73\u300d\u4e0d\u662f\u5f37\u8abf\u4e0d\u5de5\u4f5c\u5728\u5bb6\u4e00\u76f4\u8eba\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u63d0\u51fa\u53ea\u8cfa\u53d6\u8db3\u5920\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u6700\u4f4e\u958b\u652f\uff0c\u63d0\u51fa\u300c\u4e0d\u8cb7\u6a13\u3001\u4e0d\u8cb7\u8eca\u3001\u4e0d\u7d50\u5a5a\u3001\u4e0d\u751f\u5c0f\u5b69\u3001\u4e0d\u6d88\u8cbb\uff0c\u7dad\u6301\u751f\u5b58\u6700\u4f4e\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u62d2\u7d55\u6210\u70ba\u4ed6\u4eba\u8cfa\u9322\u7684\u6a5f\u5668\u548c\u88ab\u525d\u524a\u7684\u5974\u96b8\u3002\u300d<\/span><\/strong>\u53e4\u4eca\u4e2d\u5916\u6b77\u53f2\u4e0a\u6700\u6709\u540d\u7684\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u65cf\u300d\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u6578\u4e0a\u8036\u7a4c\u3001\u6089\u9054\u591a\uff08\u4f5b\u7956\uff09\u3001\u838a\u5b50\u3001\u8001\u5b50\u7b49\u8056\u4eba\u5011\u3002\u53e4\u4ee3\u8056\u4eba\u5011\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u5275\u9020\u591a\u5c11\u8ca1\u5bcc\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u73fe\u4ee3\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u65cf\u300d\u90fd\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u5171\u901a\u9ede\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f4e\u617e\u671b\u3001\u4e0d\u8ffd\u9010\u540d\u5229\u3001\u5e73\u6de1\u751f\u6d3b\u3001\u4e0d\u4ee5\u5347\u8077\u52a0\u85aa\u70ba\u76ee\u6a19\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u65e2\u7136\u8056\u4eba\u7686\u70ba\u4eba\u4e4b\u6a21\u7bc4\uff0c\u70ba\u4f55\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u884c\u70ba\u300d\u6703\u5728\u73fe\u4ee3\u793e\u6703\u88ab\u6279\u8a55\u70ba\u300c\u9003\u907f\u300d\u300c\u5ee2\u7269\u300d\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The concept of &#8220;lying-flatism&#8221; originated from a network article titled &#8220;Lying flat is justice&#8221; in a&nbsp;Baidu post, written by a user named &#8220;Good-hearted traveler&#8221;. However, &#8220;lying flat&#8221; does not emphasize not working and staying at home all the time. Instead, it proposes to earn only enough income to cover the minimum living expenses, and suggests &#8220;not buying a house, not buying a car, not getting married, not having children, not consuming, maintaining the minimum standard of living, and refusing to become a money-making machine or an exploited slave for others.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most famous &#8220;lying-flat&#8221; individuals in history include&nbsp;Jesus,&nbsp;Siddhartha&nbsp;(the&nbsp;Buddha),&nbsp;Zhuangzi,&nbsp;Laozi, and other saints and sages throughout history. In ancient times, these saints did not create much wealth for themselves. Instead, their lives have many similarities with modern &#8220;lying-flat&#8221; individuals, including&nbsp;low desires, not pursuing fame and fortune, living a simple life, and not aiming for promotion and salary increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since the saints are role models for people, why is &#8220;lying-flat behavior&#8221; criticized as &#8220;escaping&#8221; or being a &#8220;waste&#8221; in modern society?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"\u8eba\u5e73\u4e3b\u7fa9-\u7684\u8208\u8d77\">\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\u7684\u8208\u8d77 The Rise&nbsp;of &#8220;Lying-flatism&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u5112\u5bb6\u6587\u5316\u6d41\u884c\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u90fd\u6d41\u884c\u300c\u79d1\u8209\u8003\u8a66\u300d\u7b49\u5236\u5ea6\u8b93\u77e5\u8b58\u4efd\u5b50\u6709\u596e\u9b25\u8b80\u66f8\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0a\u6d41\u81f3\u7d71\u6cbb\u968e\u7d1a\u65e2\u5e0c\u671b\uff0c\u6709\u7a69\u5b9a\u793e\u6703\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5728\u73fe\u4ee3\u793e\u6703\u6f14\u8b8a\u6210\u73fe\u4eca\u7684\u9ad8\u8003\u3001\u516c\u52d9\u54e1\u8003\u8a66\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u5404\u5927\u4f01\u696d\u62db\u8058\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\u59cb\u65bc\u5e74\u8f15\u793e\u7fa4\u9593\uff0c\u73fe\u4eca\u793e\u6703\u5f88\u591a\u5e74\u8f15\u4eba\u9762\u5c0d\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u7af6\u722d\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u5f9e\u5c0f\u5230\u5927\u9762\u5c0d\u7121\u6578\u8003\u8a66\uff0c\u5373\u4fbf\u8003\u9032\u540d\u6821\uff0c\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u6295\u8eab\u5927\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u4ecd\u9808\u300c996\u300d\u52a0\u73ed\uff0c\u537b\u9084\u662f\u8ffd\u4e0d\u4e0a\u6a13\u50f9\u548c\u7269\u50f9\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u628a\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u9ad8\u7af6\u722d\uff0c\u4f4e\u6eff\u8db3\u300d\u60c5\u6cc1\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u5167\u5377\u5316\u300d\u3002\u300c\u5167\u5377\u300d\u5f62\u5bb9\u67d0\u500b\u9818\u57df\u4e2d\u767c\u751f\u4e86\u904e\u5ea6\u7684\u7af6\u722d\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u4eba\u5011\u9032\u5165\u4e86\u9ad8\u5f37\u5ea6\u7af6\u722d\uff0c\u5167\u8017\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u5e38\u898b\u4f8b\u5b50\u5305\u62ec\u8fd1\u5e7e\u5e74\u8cc7\u8a0a\u79d1\u6280\u696d\u84ec\u52c3\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u760b\u72c2\u900f\u904e\u4fee\u8b80\u574a\u9593\u57f9\u8a13\u73ed\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e26\u5927\u5e45\u964d\u4f4e\u85aa\u91d1\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u52d9\u6c42\u7372\u5f97\u5165\u8077\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u5165\u8077\u5f8c\u53c8\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u6c92\u6709\u5b89\u5168\u611f\uff0c\u4f46\u70ba\u4e86\u548c\u5225\u4eba\u7af6\u722d\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u300c996\u300d\u52a0\u73ed\u884c\u5217\uff0c\u7576\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u52a0\u5165\u300c996\u300d\u52a0\u73ed\u884c\u5217\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u5f97\u76ca\u65bc\u9019\u7a2e\u300c\u5167\u5377\u5316\u300d\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u6e1b\u5c11\u62db\u8058\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u66f4\u4ee5\u300c996\u300d\u52a0\u73ed\u6587\u5316\u4f5c\u70ba\u8077\u5834\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u760b\u72c2\u525d\u524a\u58d3\u643e\u6bcf\u500b\u57fa\u5c64\u54e1\u5de5\u3002\u7d50\u679c\u7af6\u722d\u8005\u9593\u56e0\u904e\u5ea6\u7af6\u722d\u5f8c\u53cd\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u6642\u9593\u50f9\u503c\u7684\u300c\u5168\u8f38\u5c40\u9762\u300d\u3002\u800c\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u300d\u5c31\u662f\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u7af6\u722d\u611f\u5230\u53ad\u5026\u7121\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u73fe\u5be6\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u9078\u64c7\u4e00\u7a2e\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In areas where&nbsp;Confucian culture&nbsp;is prevalent, systems such as the&nbsp;imperial examination&nbsp;were used to provide educated individuals with a goal to strive for and to offer the ruling class a stable society. In modern times, this has evolved into the current form of the&nbsp;college entrance examination,&nbsp;civil service examination, and the&nbsp;recruitment standards&nbsp;of major corporations. &#8220;Lying-flatism&#8221; originated among young people, who face high levels of competition and pressure in modern society. From childhood to adulthood, they face numerous exams, and even if they enter prestigious schools and graduate to work for large corporations, they still work &#8220;996&#8221;&nbsp;overtime hours, yet cannot keep up with rising housing and living costs. They describe this situation of &#8220;high competition and low satisfaction&#8221; as &#8220;internal competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internal competition&#8221; describes excessive competition within a particular field, leading to intense competition and internal strife. Common examples include the flourishing&nbsp;information technology industry&nbsp;in recent years, where many people go crazy attending training courses and significantly lower their salary requirements in order to obtain job opportunities. After entering the workforce, they still feel insecure about their&nbsp;job security&nbsp;and join the &#8220;996&#8221;&nbsp;overtime work culture&nbsp;in order to compete with others. When everyone joins the &#8220;996&#8221; overtime work culture, it becomes a culture and a standard for the workplace. Companies benefit from this &#8220;internal competition&#8221; by reducing recruitment costs and exploiting every grassroots employee with the &#8220;996&#8221; overtime work culture as the workplace standard. As a result of excessive competition, the &#8220;total loss situation&#8221; occurs, where the value of each person&#8217;s time is lowered by the competition. &#8220;Lying-flatism&#8221; is a response from some people who feel tired and powerless in the face of this competition, and who choose a completely new way of life when it is feasible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u300d\u4e5f\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u5c0d\u6297\u793e\u6703\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u7684\u884c\u70ba\uff0c\u5728\u6211\u5011\u51fa\u751f\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u5929\u5f8c\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u4f60\u5b78\u6821\u7684\u8001\u5e2b\u3001\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u670b\u53cb\u6216\u662f\u5404\u7a2e\u5a92\u9ad4\u7b49\u90fd\u6703\u4e0d\u65b7\u704c\u8f38\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u591a\u6168\u5ff5\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982 \u300c\u7537\u4eba\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u50b3\u5b97\u63a5\u4ee3\u300d\u3001\u300c\u7d50\u5a5a\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u8cb7\u8eca\u8cb7\u623f\u300d\u3001\u300c\u53ea\u6709\u8b80\u5927\u5b78\u4eba\u751f\u624d\u6709\u5e0c\u671b\u300d\u3001\u300c\u4e09\u5341\u6b72\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u7d50\u5a5a\uff0c\u85aa\u91d1\u4e0d\u80fd\u5c11\u65bc30k\u300d\u3001\u300c\u516c\u52d9\u54e1\u624d\u662f\u738b\u9053\u300d\u3001\u300c\u52aa\u529b\u8b80\u66f8\u5c07\u4f86\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u8cfa\u5f88\u591a\u9322\u300d\u3001\u300c\u52aa\u529b\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7576\u8001\u95c6\u300d\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u793e\u6703\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u7576\u4e2d\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u5c0d\u6210\u529f\u7684\u7f8e\u597d\u5e7b\u89ba\u4ea6\u5305\u542b\u5f88\u591a\u7236\u6bcd\u548c\u4f34\u4fb6\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u7684\u671f\u671b\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u6216\u5225\u4eba\u52aa\u529b\u596e\u9b25\uff0c\u70ba\u793e\u6703\u8ca2\u737bGDP\u3002\u800c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u6703\u601d\u8003\u9019\u4e9b\u76ee\u6a19\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u548c\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u5408\u7406\u6027\uff0c\u770b\u900f\u81ea\u5df1\u75db\u82e6\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u4e7e\u8106\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u300c\u8eba\u5e73\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lying-flatism is also seen as a behavior that resists social values. From the day we are born, whether it is our school teachers, parents, friends, or various media, they constantly instill many concepts in us, such as &#8220;men must carry on the family line,&#8221; &#8220;marriage must involve buying a car and a house,&#8221; &#8220;only by going to university can we have hope in life,&#8221; &#8220;at thirty, we must be married and have a salary of no less than 30k,&#8221; &#8220;being a civil servant is the best path,&#8221; &#8220;working hard in school will earn us a lot of money in the future,&#8221; &#8220;working hard will allow us to become bosses,&#8221; and so on. There are many illusions of success in social values, which include many expectations from parents and partners for us to strive for ourselves or for others, to contribute to the GDP of society. The need for labor to produce value for oneself and the group is a main theme in the ideology of&nbsp;modern society&nbsp;and is also a &#8220;duty&#8221; that modern society constantly emphasizes for social progress. Therefore, many people find themselves in a constant state of &#8220;busyness&#8221; caused by &#8220;excessive labor&#8221;, which makes people lack the ability to think about things beyond &#8220;economic value production&#8221;. Human desires may be even more complex, as suggested by&nbsp;American psychologist&nbsp;Abraham Maslow&nbsp;in his 1943 paper &#8220;A Theory of Human Motivation.&#8221; Maslow proposed that&nbsp;human needs&nbsp;are organized like a ladder, with five hierarchical levels:&nbsp;physiological needs,&nbsp;safety needs,&nbsp;social needs,&nbsp;esteem needs, and self-actualization needs. These needs are then addressed by a vast array of products on the market that claim to satisfy our desires, further deepening our dependence on such products. Whether it&#8217;s taking numerous weight loss products to &#8220;want&#8221; to become thinner, using a variety of&nbsp;whitening products&nbsp;to &#8220;want&#8221; to have lighter skin, learning an instrument to satisfy the vanity of being perceived as talented by others, or purchasing many investment products to &#8220;want&#8221; to increase our wealth, these desires do not originate from our instincts. Instead, they stem from our desire to conform to the so-called universally-accepted values and constantly changing relative standards created by the capitalist market and society. As a result, many advertisements heavily feature scenes involving partners, family members, and other loved ones, promoting a culture where working hard and consuming for the sake of those you care about is considered &#8220;good.&#8221;&nbsp;Marriage, buying cars and houses,&nbsp;diamond rings, and hosting lavish wedding banquets have no intrinsic connection, but in order to meet others&#8217; expectations, people often place undue pressure on themselves and their marriages. In fact, the modern terms &#8220;passive&#8221; and &#8220;active&#8221; are often misunderstood and misinterpreted by people. &#8220;Passive&#8221; actually means to eliminate prejudice and extremism, and is a behavior of &#8220;actively controlling emotions&#8221;; &#8220;Active&#8221; means to strengthen prejudice and extremism, and is a behavior of forcing oneself in a very extreme way. Those who believe that lying-flatism, &#8220;tranquility and inaction&#8221;, and other behaviors are &#8220;nihilism&#8221; and &#8220;failureism&#8221; have not recognized that it is difficult for us to completely satisfy all &#8220;external conditions&#8221; to achieve some goals that others consider &#8220;success&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u6e05\u975c\u7121\u70ba\u300d\u662f\u9053\u5bb6\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e2d\u5fc3\u601d\u60f3\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5206\u958b\u300c\u6e05\u975c\u300d\u8207\u300c\u7121\u70ba\u300d\u53bb\u7406\u89e3\u3002\u300c\u6e05\u975c\u300d\u662f\u6307\u4e00\u7a2e\u986f\u610f\u8b58\u4e0d\u88ab\u4efb\u4f55\u5916\u4f86\u548c\u5167\u5728\u6f5b\u610f\u8b58\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8a0a\u606f\u6240\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u986f\u610f\u8b58\u5b8c\u5168\u638c\u63e1\u63a7\u5236\u6b0a\u4e0b\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u72c0\u614b\u3002\u9032\u5165\u9019\u7a2e\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u4e3b\u89c0\u611f\u53d7\u70ba\u300c\u4e0d\u6703\u88ab\u4f46\u4f55\u5916\u754c\u7684\u8a0a\u606f\u6240\u5e72\u64fe\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u88ab\u60c5\u7dd2\u617e\u671b\u7b49\u5167\u5728\u8a0a\u606f\u6240\u5f71\u97ff\u300d\u3002\u800c\u300c\u7121\u70ba\u300d\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u300c\u4e3b\u52d5\u523b\u610f\u7684\u300e\u7121\u70ba\u300f\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u300d\uff0c\u56e0\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u4ed6\u4eba\u4e00\u5207\u7684\u8a55\u50f9\u3001\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u3001\u969b\u9047\u7b49\u7b49\u300c\u5916\u5728\u7684\u4e8b\u7269\u300d\u662f\u4f9d\u9644\u65bc\u5404\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5916\u5728\u689d\u4ef6\u800c\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u800c\u5f88\u591a\u5916\u5728\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u7686\u4e0d\u80fd\u7531\u4eba\u6240\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u4eba\u53ea\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u89c0\u9ede\u89d2\u5ea6\u3001\u60c5\u7dd2\u548c\u617e\u671b\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u57f7\u8457\u65bc\u63a7\u5236\u9019\u4e9b\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u5916\u5728\u689d\u4ef6\u5c31\u6703\u9677\u5165\u6c38\u6046\u7684\u75db\u82e6\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u6211\u5011\u5fc5\u9808\u8a8d\u77e5\u548c\u63a5\u53d7\u81ea\u5df1\u80fd\u529b\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u57f7\u8457\u773e\u591a\u4e0d\u80fd\u88ab\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u5916\u90e8\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c0d\u4e16\u9593\u4e00\u5207\u4e8b\u7269\u6c92\u6709\u671f\u671b\u8207\u5931\u671b\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u6703\u5f37\u5236\u4e3b\u5c0e\u4efb\u4f55\u4e8b\u60c5\u7684\u300c\u751f\u300d\u8207\u300c\u6ec5\u300d\uff0c\u9806\u61c9\u4e00\u5207\u6211\u5011\u6240\u4e0d\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u300c\u81ea\u7136\u300d\uff0c\u662f\u70ba\u300c\u7121\u70ba\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most important central idea in&nbsp;Taoism&nbsp;is &#8220;tranquility and inaction&#8221;, which can be understood as &#8220;tranquility&#8221; and &#8220;inaction&#8221; separately. &#8220;Tranquility&#8221; refers to a&nbsp;natural state of mind&nbsp;where the&nbsp;conscious mind&nbsp;is not disturbed by any external or internal subconscious messages and is fully under conscious control. The&nbsp;subjective feeling&nbsp;of entering this state is &#8220;not being disturbed by any external messages and not being influenced by internal messages such as emotions and desires.&#8221; &#8220;Inaction&#8221; is actually a deliberate and active behavior of &#8220;doing nothing&#8221;, understanding that all evaluations, values, and circumstances of others are based on various external conditions that cannot be controlled by humans. People can only control their own perspectives, emotions, and desires. Once they become attached to controlling these external conditions that they cannot control, they will fall into eternal suffering. In modern society, there are also many &#8220;bloodsuckers&#8221; and&nbsp;aggressive behaviors&nbsp;between groups, so humans are accustomed to living in groups and facing various external challenges in different aspects of survival. Lying-flatism indirectly or directly reduces contact and communication between people, leading to poor&nbsp;information flow, which is not conducive to survival. Faced with the pressure of &#8220;internal competition,&#8221; some people enjoy competing tirelessly. Some people choose to withdraw from competition and &#8220;lie flat&#8221; to enjoy a peaceful life. Faced with various social values, some people work hard to accomplish social tasks and meet others&#8217; expectations. Some people choose to live alone, retreat into the mountains and forests, and enjoy a leisurely life. Some people choose to believe in the beautiful picture painted by&nbsp;capitalist society&nbsp;and strive to play the game well, while some choose to be loyal to their own feelings and create infinite possibilities for themselves. Life is a game of choices, and the fear and anxiety of making choices is the price that people have the right to choose their own destiny to a certain extent. Everyone should take responsibility for their choices, and everyone can create their own lying-flatism. No one has the right to criticize others&#8217; choices, and&nbsp;individual choices&nbsp;do not necessarily need to consider group interests.
